Meet Đào Thị Hằng, born in 1990, from Khoái Châu, Hưng Yên province. Her life took a challenging turn after completing middle school when an accident caused her vision to deteriorate gradually.
In 2012, she joined the Association for the Blind in Khoái Châu. After a year of learning and hard work, she successfully opened her own massage center. Today, though she has completely lost her sight, Hằng is a shining example of resilience and determination.
Hằng shared that she initially felt hopeless and devastated by her condition. However, joining the association was a turning point in her life. With the encouragement and support of her peers and the skills she gained in massage therapy, she regained her confidence and found a renewed purpose.
Her story reminds us all that even in the darkest moments, support and determination can light the way forward.
