Student of the Vietnamese Therapeutic Massage Course in December 2024
Bùi Thế Hưng, born in 2006 in Hoa Binh Province, is a young man born with congenital blindness at birth. Hưng has no vision, but his family has always supported him in his education and development. His parents enrolled him in the Blind Association of Hoa Binh Province, where he learned Braille and living skills designed for the blind.
In 2022, Hưng continued his education by enrolling in a massage training course at the Blind Association of Hoa Binh Province but Hung could not find a job after graduation. In December 2024, he had the opportunity to join a Vietnamese therapeutic massage course at the National Training and Rehabilitation Center for the Blind which was co-organized and funded by Omamori Spa. This is a valuable chance for Hưng to improve his massage skills and prepare for a professional career.
Hung’s plan is that after completing the course, he will have the opportunity to work and make a living to improve his life. His family, especially his father, has always supported and encouraged him. His father dreams of Hưng becoming highly skilled and having a stable job to support himself. After the course, Hưng has already practiced massage on his family members, who have been impressed with his technique and the positive effects of his work.
Hưng hopes that massage therapy will be the turning point in his life, helping him become independent, have a stable job, and live a better life.
